This PR switches development environment to
Keyclaok26.4.5 and updatespython-keycloakto newest 5.x version: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/marcospereirampj/python-keycloak/master/CHANGELOG.mdStarting from 4.0.0
python-keycloakintroduces new dependencyhttpxwhich lowest required version is not compatible withzedand2023.1constraints.Purpose of this PR is to refresh/update dependencies.
Side note: current keystone-keycloak-backend main branch is fully compatible with newest Keycloak.
