Welcome to the giraffe-parameter-search wiki!

This repo is intended for developers of vg giraffe to quickly examine the impact of parameter changes. Many parts of the code here were repurposed from the long-read-giraffe-experiments repo, of which this is a simplified version.

With this repo, you can run vg giraffe in batches with different sets of parameters and get statistics and graphs on the performance of each run.
