Question about pangenome files #142

In “A Draft Human Pangenome Reference” paper and in the submitted code the filtered MC pangenome files used are defined with “clip.d9.m1000.D10M.m1000”. I suppose that the filtered MC graph versions defined here should be used? I’ve seen that you’ve posted a link for chm13-minaf.0.1.gbz file on the README.md page, is there a .gbz file available for grch38-minaf.0.1? Thank you
