based on items 1,2,3 in this draft PR viam-labs/sanding-history-web-app#68

could we test this out locally using a dummy react app to make sure

1. we can properly use the stylized pieces (or have an export/ option to not show them)
2. we add the needed peer dependencies and we don't need to add to consumer package.json
3. if we could have motion tools work without an outside tanstack query provider
