First scheduled job since #309 failed due to missing a parameter on the
last-successful-commit-action. When I looked into it I realized that action has not been updated in two years and uses a deprecated node version. I've updated to a maintained action, and also fixed a typo where I repeated thelast-successful-commit-actioninstead of usingcancel-action
