What got confusing?

Installer or upgrade

What did you expect to happen?

Expected behavior:
spark setup telegram-starter` should clone and install all starter bundle modules (spark-harness-core, spark-researcher, spark-character, spark-intelligence-builder, domain-chip-memory, spawner-ui, spark-telegram-bot) and complete onboarding.

What actually happened?

Actual behavior:
Setup stops every time on the same module with:
git operation failed for spark-harness-core: remote: Repository not found.
fatal: repository 'https://github.com/vibeforge1111/spark-harness-core/' not found

Running spark setup telegram-starter --resume reproduces the same failure (after first clearing a secondary "remote origin already exists" error caused by the earlier partial clone).

Environment:

  • OS: Windows 11
  • CLI release: spark-cli-public-installer-2026-06-10-r27
  • Node: 22.18.0, Python: 3.11
  • Install prefix: C:\Users\Cole\.spark
  • Bundle: telegram-starter

Suggested improvement or PR link

Smallest useful fix:
Either make vibeforge1111/spark-harness-core public, or update the bundle manifest to point at its correct current repo location.
