Bug: Fulltext index build errors were swallowed silently; readiness marker still written.

Fix branch: fix/fulltext-index-silent-errors — replaces silent swallow with logger.warning and context.

Repro: Trigger fulltext index build on a failing corpus path; before = no log signal + marker written; after = warning logged.

Tests: See implementation PR diff and local smoke on fix branch.
