What did you expect to happen?

I expected /creator plan to create and stage a creator mission successfully.

What actually happened?

Every creator plan command failed with:

Builder repo not found:
/home/codespace/.spark/modules/spawner-ui/spark-intelligence-builder

Safe details

Fresh Spark installation.
Telegram starter running.
Tested multiple creator plan prompts and all failed with the same error.

Suggested improvement or PR link

Add a preflight check for spark-intelligence-builder and show installation guidance instead of failing with a repository path error.

• Spark installation completed successfully.
• Commands such as /spark and /about responded normally.
• The issue appears isolated to /creator plan.
• Tested with multiple prompts and received the same "Builder repo not found" error every time.
• No mission ID was generated after the failure.

The error has changed, but /creator plan is still failing.

Previous error:
Builder repo not found:
/home/codespace/.spark/modules/spawner-ui/spark-intelligence-builder

Current error:
connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:3333

Steps tested:

• /creator plan private risk low test memory system
• /creator plan private risk low create hello world page

Both commands returned the same ECONNREFUSED error.

AOC currently reports:
Builder: Available with warnings

This may indicate that Builder is reported as available while the creator service dependency is not reachable.
