Adopts the useful routing fix from contributor PR #47 on a trusted maintainer branch.\n\nChanges:\n- Routes domain chip feedback to spark-domain-chip-labs instead of the retired spark-skill-graphs route.\n- Updates rendered feedback page copy and links.\n- Extends docs readiness checks so the retired feedback route cannot return silently.\n\nVerification:\n- node scripts/check-docs-readiness.mjs\n\nNo participant code was run on the publishing machine. Public points remain locked until account/team and release gates clear.
