Introduced a new extension for managing Podman containers on Linux systems. This includes features for container management, monitoring, log viewing, and inspection. Users can start, stop, pause, and remove containers, as well as view real-time status and logs. - Added README documentation outlining features and usage. - Implemented container management functionalities in TypeScript. - Included keyboard shortcuts for quick actions. - Added icon and configuration files for the extension. extension(podman): Podman extension
