feat: Add footer status command menu

• Fix searchable dropdown positioning so compact dropdowns anchor correctly.
• Make the footer status area clickable for active commands, not only the root menu.
• Add a lean command menu with preferences, alias, favorite, deeplink, and extension-specific actions.
