Add favorites reorder and keyboard shortcuts in root search

What changed

• Added support for reordering favorites in root search flows.
• Wired keyboard shortcut handling through the root-search/launcher path.
• Updated root search model/sources and section list wiring to support the new ordering and selection behavior.
• Adjusted related QML list delegates and launcher UI integration so interactions remain consistent.

Why

• This brings in a Raycast feature that’s important for my workflow.
• It makes favorites management faster directly from the launcher.
• It improves keyboard-first navigation and keeps day-to-day usage more fluid.
