I have added this here following a Victron forum response from Thiemo (1-feb-2021)
about posting to the Victron Github space.
I am not sure it belongs here as it is nothing to do with dbus, but here are the files.
the use case and installation instructions are in the README.
Do move or store it somewhere where it would be useful.
