Not sure how we ended up doing this both here and in the broadcast, but we should skip at least one of these. Commenting this out for now.

Picked up where @JoaquinBCh left off in #60 and added some more fixes and minor features to the publisher.
This branch (i.e. 80cf7ef) was used as the basis for https://moq-demo.pages.dev/
I haven't looked at this branch in a while - it may also contain some unrelated code pertaining to that demo page.
