This PR adds a more interactive database import process during the Site Starter initialization

Testing Instructions

1. This process should be tested with an existing site/database.
2. Clone the repository and run ddev start (again, not this repo, a different project)
3. Provide the script with the path to the database import file.
4. Ensure string replacements are made correctly.
