Know what you've sown and what's left to reap. Yield sits in your macOS menu bar and shows how your logged hours in Harvest stack up against your booked hours in Forecast — so you always know where your week stands.
Unzip, drag Yield to your Applications folder, and launch. It'll take root in your menu bar. Sign in with your Harvest account and you're ready to go.
Requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and a Harvest account with Forecast enabled.
See the whole field at a glance. Yield shows every project you're working on this week with color-coded progress toward your booked hours. A quick click on the menu bar icon and you know exactly where things stand.
Keep your rows straight. The weekly total tracks all your hours — booked and unbooked — against your target. Today's hours are called out separately so you can pace your day.
Start and stop timers without leaving the field. Toggle Harvest timers for any project right from the dropdown. Drill into individual time entries to restart a previous task or see where your hours went.
Get a nudge when you've hit your mark. Yield notifies you when you reach your booked hours on a project — so you know when it's time to move on to the next row.
Stays fresh on its own. Data refreshes every five minutes automatically. Between refreshes, active timers tick locally so the numbers always feel current.
Updates itself. Yield checks for new versions daily and prompts you to update — no need to come back here to check.
- Launch Yield — look for the gauge icon in your menu bar
- Sign in with Harvest — click the icon and hit "Sign in with Harvest." This connects your Forecast data automatically.
- That's it. Your week's projects, hours, and timers are all right there.
