The template previously defaulted
OPENCLAW_GIT_REF=main, which can intermittently break Docker builds whenmaintemporarily references unpublished/nightly packages.This pins the default to the latest OpenClaw release tag (overrideable via
OPENCLAW_GIT_REFin Railway).
