Makes pairing a true one-click flow from
/setup./setup/api/devices/pending(runsopenclaw devices listand extracts requestIds)/setup/api/devices/approve(validates + approves requestId)/setupthat lists pending requestIds and provides one-click Approve buttonsIncludes tests for requestId extraction.
