This is the first Beta Release of Image Librarian 0.1
Happy to Release this project as open source, just before Indian Independence day.
The binary works for Windows 64 bit machines running Windows 10 and 11. IT uses SQLITE for embedded cache requirements. And asks for .NET framework 6.0
