This repository contains input files for simulating stellar evolution using MESA (Modules for Experiments in Stellar Astrophysics).
- inlist_zams – Simulates pre-main sequence evolution to Zero Age Main Sequence (ZAMS).
- inlist_pgstar – Enables real-time plotting during stellar evolution.
- inlist_sagb – Models the Super-Asymptotic Giant Branch (SAGB) phase of stellar evolution.
- MESA (Modules for Experiments in Stellar Astrophysics)
- Fortran compiler (gfortran, ifort)
- Python (optional for visualization)
- Install MESA:
https://docs.mesastar.org/en/latest/installing_mesa/ - Copy files to your MESA project directory.
- Run the MESA project to simulate stellar evolution.
