This PR adds padding and limits the max width of the no-data-available text.

Additional context

Instead of aligning the cards (which we should probably still do ), I would recommend to simplify the titles and make sure they are of the same length. I have updated these strings in accent and will notify ElCom:

• sunshine.power-stability.saidi-trend.overview
• sunshine.power-stability.saidi-trend.description
• sunshine.power-stability.saifi-trend.overview
• sunshine.power-stability.saifi-trend.description

This way the no-data boxes align. (chart height is still a bit different)
