Align UI labels for all VIVO 1.16.0 features

What does this pull request do?

Align all UI labels for VIVO 1.16.0. There are some PRs which updated only one language labels. Therefore, an update of other language labels have been organized in collaboration with native speakers through this google spreadsheet document

How should this be tested?

• Before you run the Tomcat server with VIVO, please configure the following in {VIVO_HOME}/config/runtime.properties:
  languages
  RDFService.languageFilter = true
  languages.selectableLocales = en_US, de_DE, sr_Latn_RS, ru_RU, fr_CA, en_CA, es, pt_BR
• Run tomcat, open VIVO in web browser
• Check 404 page - http://localhost:8080/vivo/imaginePage, try to change locale/language
• Log in as an admin, open Site Admin -> Manage Data Distributors, check labels, try to change locale/language
• Log in as an admin, open Site Admin -> Manage Reports, check labels, try to change locale/language
• Log in as an admin, open Site Admin -> User roles, check labels, try to change locale/language
• Log in as an admin, open Site Admin -> Site information, check labels (especially around CSS upload button), try to change locale/language

Looks good to me. I think we can move forward without translating the rest of Site Admin at this time.
