What does this pull request do?

Created basic authentication to be used for SPARQL and Data distribution APIs

What's new?

• Created basic authentication filter
• Modified SPARQL API controllers to support basic authentication
• Updated filter configuration
• Updated default runtime properties

How should this be tested?

To test basic authentication with data distributors:

• Upload RDBMS distributors into http://vitro.mannlib.cornell.edu/default/vitro-kb-displayMetadata model
• Upload sample data 4120-sample-data.ttl.zip.
• Use vivo to excel python script:

1. Install dependencies listed at the top of the file.
2. Fill in username, password and vivourl.
3. Run python vivo_to_excel.py to download VIVO data into Excel document.
