Deletes tools that haven't been used in 20 years and was last updated 2 decades ago.
It is so old that trinitycore even deleted it in 2008, for being old:

DBEditer has seen only a grand total of about 10 commits ever since it was added to the contrib folder 21 years ago in November of 2005:
