Description

Updates the tests workflow.

  • Renames the workflow from golangci-ut.yml to test.yml.
  • Pins the used actions to their release commit hash.
  • Limits the permissions for the workflow.
  • Limits runs to pull requests affecting Go files in the nsxt/metadata directory.
