This PR refines the Greek (el) translation strings in locales/el/common.json to improve clarity, fluency, and consistency with Greek-language conventions (e.g., "πρόγραμμα περιήγησης" instead of "περιηγητής", "ταυτοποίηση" instead of "πιστοποίηση", "εφαρμογή Vocdoni" instead of "Vocdoni app").

Changes:

• Reworded numerous translation strings for more natural Greek phrasing.
• Standardized terminology (browser, authentication, app naming, FAQ label).
• Reformatted the hero.dynamic_words array to a single line and adjusted word forms to feminine to agree with "λήψη αποφάσεων".
