Just an idea, not sure if changing how this works is good.

1. Use a config file with repos (and mirrors) and scrape at a given interval instead of probing.
2. Separate between repos and mirrors.
   • repos parse repodata and export package and staging counts.
   • mirrors export timing files.

One issue with this is that the stime-start and stime-end files being 404 result in those gauges being 0, while the current version removes the gauges.
