The old README described one Ubuntu 18.04 instance running VPT and bootstrapped from puppet.com's Puppet 7 packages. The repo now manages the whole voxpupu.li fleet on Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 with OpenVox 8: document the node/role table, the hiera classification mechanism (role key, pp_role CSR extension, classes array), the masterless bootstrap to agent lifecycle, and how to test changes before merge.
