Docs only. The README described one Ubuntu 18.04 instance running VPT, bootstrapped from Puppet 7 packages from puppet.com. Updated for what the repo manages today: the node/role table, the hiera classification mechanism (role key, pp_role CSR extension, classes array), the masterless bootstrap to agent lifecycle with the pluginsync hack explained, OpenVox 8 bootstrap commands, and how to test changes before merge. The historical cloud-init stays as the pp_role wiring reference.

Fleet facts verified externally where possible: SSH banners confirm Ubuntu 22.04 on voxpupu.li and puppetserver, 24.04 on mirror, forge, ci03, and matrix01.

The old README described one Ubuntu 18.04 instance running VPT and
bootstrapped from puppet.com's Puppet 7 packages. The repo now manages
the whole voxpupu.li fleet on Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 with OpenVox 8:
document the node/role table, the hiera classification mechanism
(role key, pp_role CSR extension, classes array), the masterless
bootstrap to agent lifecycle, and how to test changes before merge.
Keeps the historical cloud-init as the pp_role wiring reference.
