What is the purpose of this pull request?

• New Major Features:
• New SST script proxy to bypass requests and avoid blocking on Safari Private Mode

What problem is this solving?

Safari (private mode) is not tracking the GTM events

How should this be manually tested?

This version is under testing.

To enable it is necessary to activate the flag on app settings (is server side tagging)
