The docs pass an explicit defs map to markdown-it-emoji, so any shortcode outside it renders literally. 📚 was missing, leaving the changelog's Documentation heading as raw text.
Covers Vuetify0 1.0, v3.13.0 as the final Vuetify 3 minor and the move to long-term support, and the five v4.1 patch releases. Stats cover July 1-31 2026 (America/Chicago), counting cherry-picked commits once.

Adds the July 2026 monthly update and the blog index entry.
Covers Vuetify0 1.0 shipping stable on July 22, v3.13.0 landing five days later as the final Vuetify 3 minor and moving the v3 line into long-term support through July 27th 2027, and the five v4.1 patch releases that ran alongside both.
Stats are scoped to July 1–31 2026 in America/Chicago, using commit date for commits and merge date for PRs, with cherry-picks between the v3 and v4 lines counted once. The date basis is stated in the post so the boundary is reproducible.
