T8198: Use zabbix-agent2 from Debian backports - #1108

Zabbix agent 7.x is now available from bookworm-backports so we don't need to take it from any third party or build it anymore.
Remove Zabbix repository from the list.
Remove Zabbix repository from the list.
Delete Zabbix repository key.
