If the Field of Consciousness (FoC) is the fundamental broadcast, the brain is the antenna. Phase III investigates the biophysical mechanisms that allow a localized biological system to "tune in" to the universal lattice.
We reject the "emergence" hypothesis (that neurons create consciousness) in favor of a Transducer Model: the brain filters and localizes a pre-existing field.

We hypothesize that neuronal microtubules (MTs) function as resonant antennae. Their specific lattice symmetry allows them to support quantum coherence (superradiance) that matches the frequency of the FoC.
How does "mind" move "matter"?
- Mechanism: We model a coupling term
G(Extra[O])that is activated only by focused intention. - Effect: Simulation results suggest that this coupling can sustain quantum coherence in MT chains that would otherwise decohere rapidly due to thermal noise. Intention acts as the "cooling system" for the quantum state.
- Anesthetics: Dampen the MT-FoC coupling (fading the signal).
- Psychedelics: Re-tune the MTs to resonate with different Modal Layers (e.g., L5/The Extra), bypassing the standard L2 filters.
