Introduced a new section dedicated to stripes and added new functions `linear-stripes()`, `radial-stripes()`, `conic-stripes()`, `repeating-linear-stripes()`, repeating-radial-stripes()`, and `repeating-conic-stripes()`. WG resolution: w3c#7244 (comment)

Added new functions
linear-stripes(),radial-stripes(),conic-stripes(),repeating-linear-stripes(), repeating-radial-stripes(), andrepeating-conic-stripes()` as per WG resolution.Also, introduced a dedicated section for stripe functions that covers the existing 1D-image
stripes()function and the new 2D ones.Closes #7244.
