use the 'data' class, instead of the previous 'simple' class, to give tables some level of visual layout styling

yeh, i think there were probably more changes that are conflicting with the way this spec needs to use these markers. it's rather frustrating, tbh. i can loop in a fix for those in this PR, once i have some time to fiddle. |
