This PR is a follow-up to PR #162, in particular to my comment that the definition of literal term equality should mention IRI equality for the datatype IRI. This PR implements this proposal and, additionally, extends the four points of the definition of literal term equality with the corresponding part of the paragraph about how the respective comparison should be performed.
