Reorders definitions in RDF-concepts, and add definitions for 'ground' and 'atomic' #173

I slightly reworded it to avoid a forward-reference to 'triple term'.
It does not cite the notion of RDF Term, and it balances 3.1 and 3.2 better (considering that we will add more definitions in 3.2)
