It occurred to me that the paragraph explaining that RDF terms are "distinct and distinguishable" is now redundant with the new definition of term equality.
So I moved this paragraph after the definition of term equality, and turned it into a note. I also rephrased it, removing the (contrived, IMO) example of a bnode whose label is "http://example.org/".
