We should be transparent on how we choose papers. https://devopedia.org/web-of-things is not a paper for example. I think we should not vet anything based on content but allow anything with a DOI number. This package can simplify adding them: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@citation-js/plugin-doi . Also https://paul.ti.rw.fau.de/~jo00defe/Enriching_RDF_Data_with_NER_and_EL_on_Natural_Language_Annotations.pdf has wrong authors, so this can be remedy human error.

I have created a script using the crossref api.The author names are correct and in the right order now. What do you suggest on the transparency of the paper choices?

really nice. Could you also sort the papers by date? Most recent being at the top.

Similar to the note above articles, we can do something even simpler. Writing above the papers something like "All research papers with a DOI number are accepted to this list. Please create an issue to add your paper".
