how this will be useful for substrate based chains? like polkadot? I didn't see anything around this.

Yes! TxShield already connects to Polkadot wallets and simulates transactions. Today it checks basic risks. By Milestone 3, we'll add Polkadot-specific scam protection (like XCM risks).
