SumatraPDF-Feldherren-3.5.2

This is a build of Feldherren's fork of SumatraPDF v3.5.2 in which they added the highly-requested feature of a scroll bar in "single page fit" view.

I quote from Feldherren's pull request:

Adds a scrollbar for Fit a Single Page display mode, as requested here: sumatrapdfreader#191
Scrollbar obeys the HideScrollbars setting in SumatraPDF-settings.txt; if HideScrollbars is true, the scrollbar is hidden, as expected. If HideScrollbars is false, the scrollbar is visible on the right-hand side of the screen.

I built this release by forking Feldherren's repo and then using AppVeyor with the following settings:
