Thought: we should consider automatically determining the version through setuptools-scm or similar.

@zerolab could you please add changelog notes to this as well?
I've done this for django-recaptcha in the past in the form of a diff of example changes.

wagtailmath -> wagtail_polymath, and bump the version to 2.0.0dev1 to indicate the breaking changes
