Pull Request Overview
This PR implements an automated release process by bumping package versions and updating changelogs across the hi18n monorepo. The changes are generated by the Changesets release action.
- Updates package versions to patch releases across all packages
- Adds changelog entries documenting the tsconfig references change
- Removes the processed changeset file
