Updating header for jupyter notebooks

Fixes/Resolves:

Having the wrong copyright year in the notebooks

Summary/Motivation:

This is basically the same as #1707 but this is just the notebooks, since I was not sure if doing all the files at once wouldn't break anything or if we wanted this.

Changes proposed in this PR:

• All the notebook file have header cells added with the copyright in them
