Description
This PR is the continuation of the previous PR and aims to change the Offline Installation Assistant method to use packages instead of repositories.
A few functions added in the previous PR have been modified in order to assure the functionality of both installation methods.
A new function that validates that all the URLs of the Wazuh central component packages are inside the
artifact_urls.yml.The folder hierarchy and naming has been maintained from the older versions in order to not increase complexity.
