Description

Adjust libfdk_aac default quality profile:

# libfdk_acc VBR Quality Profiles
# Profile  | Bitrate (kbps) | Description
# ---------|----------------|--------------------------
#    1     | ~32            | Low quality
#    2     | ~40            | Medium quality
#    3     | ~56            | High quality
#    4     | ~72            | Very high quality
#    5     | ~112           | Highest quality
