What changed?
Add new workflow for Dependabot auto-merge. Suggesting auto-merge for minor (and lower) version bumps.
I am pretty sure this won't work on first attempt. We probably need to adjust the project settings.
Why was this change made?
Avoid manual approve/merge of "trivial" dependency upgrades. Required checks are enabled and we can always revert PRs that breaks anything.
