This folder is reserved for the next-generation Webex Contact Center integration for ServiceNow based on the ServiceNow Contact Center Integration Framework (CCIF). It is intended to become the repository location for future deployment assets and implementation guidance as the connector matures.
There are no published connector artifacts in this folder yet. At this stage, the folder serves as a public placeholder for the next-generation ServiceNow integration track.
The target scope for this connector family includes:
- ServiceNow-native voice handling through CCIF-compatible components
- Webex Contact Center routing and presence synchronization with ServiceNow
- Native call controls and wrap-up experiences inside ServiceNow
- Support for voice interaction data, including transcription-oriented workflows
As repository deliverables become available, this folder is expected to hold items such as:
- Installable ServiceNow application or update set assets
- Configuration references and mapping guidance
- Deployment notes for administrator setup
- Example artifacts that support implementation and validation
