Shifted password check from MessageHandler Filter to manual string matching (provides more info to users if password entered is incorrect)
add insertNewMatch and identicalMatchExists functions plus matches table; checks that identical match doesn't exist before proceeding to match users.
Set maximum of 5 matches daily using matches table querying, and inform user of number of remaining matches

Brings github up to date with the live code on Heroku. Copywriting edits for clarity; added random reply functionality and replyKeyboardMarkup to MessageHandler that catches unrecognized commands for some fun and less frustration
