I am not sure what are the failures about.
There were no code changes causing this and it works locally and looking at older runs in weld/core, the CI env setup was identical too. Possibly a transient failure?

I've gone through some additional steps trying to identify this:

• More details in the env setup of the CI
  • All of which appear to be the same except image Runner Image Provisioner but I don't see how that would cause an issue
• Tried different PR that would run on older Ubuntu version just in case
  • Didn't work either
• Looked into how we use this JMX testing to see if we actually need it since the container is ancient
  • Apart from some of our tests using it, it has the ability to isolate class path and most importantly its API is udes by CDI SE TCK so thre is no way around it
• Checked that the the JMX registration process passes
  • Which it does; even these failing jobs have logs such as INFO: JMXTestRunner initialized using [jdk.internal.loader.ClassLoaders$AppClassLoader@1dbd16a6]
• I am also looking into these tests with FINE level logging and comparing that between the CI runs and local runs

Well, looks like the other CI run (weld/core#3163) is suddenly passing and now this one as well? 👀
