This v1.0 release marks the first official snapshot of the awesome-remote-sensing-change-detection repository.

- Known Issues: This is a "work-in-progress" release. The formatting is inconsistent, and the content lacks a clear, hierarchical structure. It's more of a data dump than a curated list at this stage.

Our immediate next steps will be to refactor and organize this list. Future releases will focus on:
